"My disability practice gave me the opportunity to help so many people when they most needed a helping hand."

Nora has practiced law in Chattanooga for 38 years, the last 19 of which were focused on Social Security disability law. She explains that the disability practice has been the most rewarding by far because she has had the opportunity to help so many people when they most needed a helping hand.

A former private pilot and former Scuba instructor, Nora enjoys travel and adventure. In 2019, she set off to explore the United States in a recreational vehicle with her husband Rob and their cats.

Nora is now “of counsel” to the law firm and encourages all of her former clients to direct their friends and family to Peter Murphy for excellent disability representation.
