Nora A. McCarthy represents disabled people before the Social Security Administration on their Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims. She has been practicing law for 31 years. She formerly engaged in an extensive civil trial law practice that allowed her to try numerous cases before state, federal and appellate courts. Now, however, Nora has chosen to focus exclusively on helping the disabled to receive all of the benefits to which they are entitled under the Social Security disability laws. She has represented hundreds of disability applicants at the hearing, Appeals Council and/or Federal Court levels.
